All music packs sold or delivered through Soundsizzle are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase or download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license under the Soundsizzle Standard Music License.

This license includes:

Unlimited use in digital content (videos, ads, podcasts, social posts, etc.)

Commercial & client usage allowed

Worldwide, perpetual usage

No attribution required

Offline uses (TV, film, games, OTT, etc.) require a separate license

Resale or repackaging of the music is strictly prohibited

3. Order Process

When you place an order, you confirm that:.

  • You’re legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You understand that all Soundsizzle music products are delivered digitally.

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive access or download instructions immediately (via email or membership area).

4. Refund Policy

Music Products:
 Due to the nature of royalty-free music licensing, all music pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Once delivered, these files cannot be returned or revoked. This is standard practice to protect the rights of our composers and ensure fair use of licensed audio.

Digital Info Products (eBooks, Courses, etc.):
 We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our educational digital products. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within the specified guarantee period (usually 7–14 days from purchase), and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

If you’re unsure whether a product is refundable, it will be clearly stated on the sales page or checkout area.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages on this site may contain affiliate links. If you click and purchase, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools and resources we personally stand behind.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

All copyright remains with Soundsizzle. You are purchasing a license to use — not ownership of the music.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soundsizzle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or products, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Website Content & Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to update or change content at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
